Job summary

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will help drive a positive employee experience while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and onboarding.
• Support performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Assist with compensation administration and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR records, ensure legal compliance, and generate reports.
• Support organizational changes and workforce planning.
