Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience linking HR strategies to business outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible on-the-floor HR presence for cross-functional teams.
• Serve as HR contact for VC25B employees deployed to IPT and Production teams.
• Provide day-to-day HR support including staff meetings, employee assistance, HR process execution.
• Provide consultation and coaching on HR practices to IPT teams.
• Support performance management, employee movement, leadership coaching, and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders, ethics, and investigations to resolve workplace concerns.
• Develop and monitor workforce plans with Program HR.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR support.
• Apply conflict resolution techniques with discretion.
• Leverage HR metrics to identify trends and measure HR support.
