This role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates have a strong business-facing HR background in manufacturing/quality contexts and a proven track record in HR initiatives, data analysis, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders.
• 3+ years of experience linking HR initiatives to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible HR presence on the floor to engage cross-functional teams.
• Serve as HR contact for VC25B employees deployed to IPT and Production teams.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for a program/site, attend staff meetings, assist employees.
• Coach employees in IPT teams on HR practices and processes.
• Support performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
