Job summary

The Boeing Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Experienced or Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) programs. You will provide on-site HR support to IPTs and production teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and delivering timely HR solutions.

You will drive HR processes, coaching, and workforce planning, leveraging COEs and HR tools to support high-performance cross-functional teams in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing projects.
• 3+ years of experience linking HR activities to business outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders on HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible on-the-floor HR presence to engage with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as HR contact for VC25B employees deployed to IPT and Production teams.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for a program/site, including meetings and HR process execution.
• Provide consultation and coaching to IPT teams on HR practices and processes.
• Support key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, leadership coaching, and engagement.
