Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with leadership at the Franklin Logistics Center in Franklin, IN.

This role administers employee relations, recruitment, policy administration, and compliance to support a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, bilingual English/Spanish, and a proven ability to implement HR programs that improve engagement, performance, and safety across hourly and salaried

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• MBA or MS with HR emphasis is a strong plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns. Administer performance management, conflict resolution, attendance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Administer employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen retention such as reward systems.
• Maintain and administer policy development programs including attendance, standards of conduct, etc.
• Identify labor costs and maintain workforce according to budget.
• Support Operations Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Promote and ensure following Safety Compliance.
• Provide guidance to other AISIN Logistics Centers on HR processes.
• Drive for continuous process improvements that support operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer generation, and onboarding/exits.
• Oversee temporary workforce and work with staffing agencies to meet business needs.
• Enable a working environment where sharing knowledge and expertise is encouraged.
