Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of core HR competencies: Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting & Retention, Talent Management & Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compliance, EHS & Risk Management, Change Management.
• Experience implementing HR programs, systems and initiatives.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns; administer performance management, conflict resolution, attendance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Administer employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive culture and retention.
• Maintain and administer policy development programs including attendance and standards of conduct.
• Identify labor costs and maintain workforce according to budget.
• Support Operations Management and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Drive continuous process improvements to support efficiency and build relationships with leadership.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, offer generation, onboarding/exits.
• Oversee temporary workforce and coordinate with staffing agencies.
