Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Senior I HR Generalist at the Franklin Logistics Center to partner with leadership on employee relations, talent planning and policy administration.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, engaging employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of core HR competencies – Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting and Retention, Talent Management and Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compliance, EHS & Risk Management, Change Management.
• Experience implementing HR programs, systems and initiatives.
• Strong business acumen; industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns; administer performance management, conflict resolution, attendance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Administer employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen retention.
• Maintain and administer policy development programs including attendance, standards of conduct, etc.
• Identify labor costs and maintain workforce according to budget.
• Support Operations Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies; promote safety compliance.
• Provide guidance to other AISIN Logistics Centers on HR processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements that support operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer generation, onboarding/exits.
• Oversee temporary workforce and staffing agencies to meet business needs.
• Enable a working environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.
