Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America in Franklin, IN, is seeking a Senior I HR Generalist to partner with leadership and deliver essential HR functions at the 300,000-sq-ft Franklin Logistics Center.

You will oversee employee relations, recruiting, policy administration and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, a Bachelor's in HR (MBA preferred), and strong skills across HR disciplines including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Motivated, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of core HR competencies: Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compliance, EHS & Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, guiding on policies and practices.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns; manage performance, discipline and development.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive culture and retention.
• Maintain policy development programs including attendance and conduct standards.
• Support operations management and ensure legal and safety compliance.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding/exits; manage temporary workforce.
