AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Senior I HR Generalist for the Franklin Logistics Center.

You will partner with leadership to administer and enhance HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role requires 5+ years of HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to drive programs, recruit at high volumes, and develop a positive workplace culture across hourly and salaried

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with HR programs and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors.
• Investigate employee relations and administer performance management.
• Administer engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Develop and update HR policies and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, including temp staffing.
