Job summary

Sendik's Fine Foods in Brookfield, WI seeks an experienced HR Generalist/ADP Workforce Now Specialist to manage ADP modules, payroll accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across the employee lifecycle. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Experience using multiple ADP modules (payroll, time & attendance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, ACA, reporting, document management, I-9/E-Verify).
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• ADP Workforce Now administration as a primary HR user.
• Maintain ADP processes across modules: payroll, onboarding, benefits, ACA, time & attendance, I-9/E-Verify, reporting.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and audit related transactions.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment support.
• Track ACA, leaves, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and document management.
• Support recruiting and onboarding through ADP modules.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve payroll/timekeeping discrepancies.
