Job summary

Sendik's Fine Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist / ADP Workforce Now Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and HRIS administration.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now modules, ensure data accuracy, and help streamline HR workflows in a growing, family-owned grocery environment. The role requires strong ADP expertise, payroll accuracy, and confidentiality, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years HR experience
• Minimum of five years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience
• Payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance tracking
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR user for ADP Workforce Now.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Maintain and audit employee records and HR data in ADP.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Support recruiting and onboarding processes using ADP tools.
