You will translate global People strategy into business priorities and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding leadership decisions with data-driven insights and talent considerations.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive HR leadership experience in a senior role.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Chief People Officer and senior leadership to shape and execute the people strategy.
• Advise senior leaders with a people and organizational perspective on key business decisions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning to align talent with business forecasts and priorities.
• Drive organizational design and operating models to support growth and efficiency.
• Mentor HR Business Partners and strengthen the overall People function.
