Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Chief People Officer and senior leadership to shape and execute the people strategy.
• Advise senior leaders with a people and organizational perspective on business decisions.
• Translate business priorities into leadership, talent, and capability actions.
• Lead organizational design and operating model evolution to enable growth and efficiency.
• Drive workforce planning to align talent with business forecasts and priorities.
• Provide counsel on workforce composition, headcount investment, and organizational health.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
