Job summary

Omnicom Corporate in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources with a strong HR business partnering background. The role partners with senior leaders to craft people strategies, lead organizational design efforts, manage workforce planning, and coach leaders across multiple client groups.

It requires in-office presence three days per week and a commitment to an inclusive culture and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR business partner work.
• Experience influencing and advising senior leaders on complex people-related matters.
• Proven success leading organizational change and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and employees across assigned groups.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and talent initiatives, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on promotions, talent assessments, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Mobility COEs on recruiting and immigration matters.
• Develop HR communications and drive enterprise HR projects and policy adoption.
