Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to partner with top business leadership and translate global people strategy into actionable priorities. You will advise on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning while guiding leaders through transformations in a complex, matrixed environment.

The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and experience across global operations.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen connecting business strategy to talent priorities.
• Experience in organizational design, transformation, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Ability to influence senior decisions and build trusted relationships.
• Executive presence and ability to navigate sensitive situations.
• Analytical use of workforce data to inform decisions.
• Experience across global or matrixed organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Chief People Officer and senior leadership to shape and execute the people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, operating models, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent and succession planning; identify high-potential talent and succession risks.
• Provide senior-level counsel on complex employee matters with Legal and ER as appropriate.
• Collaborate with COEs to connect business needs with enterprise programs and solutions.
• Mentor HR Business Partners and contribute to the overall People function excellence.
