Job summary

Reporting to the Global Chief Talent Officer, this leader will build a world-class TA function blending strategic leadership with rigorous operations.

You will partner with senior business and HR leaders to forecast workforce needs, establish governance, and drive data-driven recruiting, including Workday

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Talent Acquisition in complex orgs.
• Proven ability to build performance frameworks and data-driven recruiting.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and process transformation.
• Ability to bridge talent strategy with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise TA strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee talent acquisition performance, pipeline health and delivery.
• Lead Workday adoption and data governance across TA.
• Provide leadership across internal mobility and succession planning.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs.
