Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the people strategy in support of business priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders with a people focus.
• Translate business performance and financial drivers into People counsel.
• Design organizations and operating models to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning with leadership.
• Advise on leadership appointments, retention, and culture.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and act on them.
