Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify and plan HR requirements to meet short- and long-term business needs.
• Directs development of managers and associates to build a bench for growth.
• Develops staffing strategy for the organizational unit.
• Counsels and coaches management on employee relations issues.
• Guides management on tools and tactics to avoid union activity.
• Leads roll-outs of HR programs.
