Job summary

Index Analytics, LLC in Maryland is seeking a strategic HR Director to lead the people function across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management and compliance for a federal health contracting environment.

You will partner with delivery leadership on surge hiring, workforce planning, and retention, ensure OFCCP, EEO, FLSA, SCA and FMLA compliance, and drive HRIS analytics and workforce metrics to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with 2+ years at a federal government contractor with 200+ employees
• Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or senior HR certification preferred
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
• Experience with rapid workforce scaling and surge hiring
• Knowledge of security clearance processing and visa requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's HR strategy including talent acquisition, retention, compensation philosophy, and workforce planning aligned with growth
• Lead talent acquisition for a cleared, credentialed workforce including recruiting strategy and time-to-fill performance
• Oversee compensation and benefits including benchmarking and total rewards strategy
• Lead employee relations including policy development, investigations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching
• Oversee HRIS and people analytics including workforce metrics, turnover analysis, and reporting for executive leadership
• Lead organizational development including training programs, career pathing, and culture initiatives
• Partner with delivery leadership on workforce surge, clearance processing, and key personnel retention for programs and proposals
• Ensure HR practices protect employee PII in compliance with privacy and data protection requirements
