Job summary

Index Analytics LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across a geographically dispersed federal health program workforce.

You'll handle employee relations, leave administration, HR policy, and compliance with multi-state requirements while collaborating with Talent Acquisition on offers and onboarding. The role demands proactive problem solving and scalable HR practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years progressive HR generalist experience including employee relations and leave administration
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial and Labor Relations or related field, or equivalent experience
• SHRM-CP/PHR or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on workplace concerns and policy questions
• Coach supervisors on performance management, documentation and corrective action
• Conduct prompt, impartial workplace investigations and recommend action
• Administer federal and state leave programs end to end, including FMLA eligibility and designation notices
• Monitor state/local employment laws and ensure policy compliance across multiple states
• Draft and maintain HR policies and handbook for a multi-state workforce
• Produce workforce metrics and support HR technology initiatives
