Job summary

Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager/Director level professional to lead talent acquisition for field staff and clients.

You will recruit, coach and develop an engaged talent base while driving recruitment operations and administration across the division. The role emphasizes achieving performance standards, managing revenue budgets, and maintaining high morale and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and related work experience.
• Strong grammar, spelling and composition.
• Knowledge of selling recruiting services including marketing strategy and sales tactics.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office and internet job boards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by meeting the Minimum Performance Standards outlined each Fiscal Year, including interviews and submissions.
• Achieve 100% of personal revenue budget.
• Work with Manager to create personal goals and plan a strategy.
• Achieve 90% retention of field talent through Talent for Life scorecard.
• Maintain communication with field talent and clients with timely follow-ups.
• Oversee credentialing and compliance for job postings and submissions.
• Responsible for job postings, email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment functions.
• Support payroll, housing arrangements and HR/QA functions as needed.
• Negotiate salary and benefits in line with SHC’s objectives.
• Provide coverage if the Manager is absent and mentor new staff.
