CCS is seeking an HR Director to guide employment policies, payroll and benefits systems, and staff development. This role leads recruitment, training, and credentialing support while aligning HR practices with federal, state, and local regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organization Development and extensive HR leadership experience in a nonprofit or healthcare-related field. Strong regulatory knowledge and strategic planning are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or Organization Development.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits and compensation, employee development and relations, and program safety.
• Experience with employee recruitment, interviewing, and orientation.
• Preference for experience in behavioral health or nonprofit environments.

Responsabilidades

• Models civility and leads by example; coaches staff.
• Oversees payroll and benefits programs and ensures compliance.
• Develops and communicates HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Drives recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation activities.
• Monitors credentialing for providers and maintains personnel records.
• Leads HR strategy aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition and workforce development.
• Manages employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, OSHA, FMLA, and related regulations.
