• Partner with ISC leaders to align people plans with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, and critical hiring for the portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management.
• Identify health and capability gaps using analytics; propose targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support across locations.
