Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director of ISC Operations to strategize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will lead the Clearwater Repair and Overhaul organizations, drive materials scheduling, and ensure compliance while interfacing with OEM teams and key leaders to achieve excellence.

You will optimize production, delivery, and quality, implementing continuous improvements to support business growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with integration and optimization focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience guiding and coaching direct reports and organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and related software.
• Knowledge of best practices and trends in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations execution, materials scheduling, and compliance for repair operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the entire supply chain.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, finance and leadership to align on goals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on achievements and opportunities.
