Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain ISC to lead end-to-end planning, control and movement of materials across the operation from inbound receiving to final customer shipments.

The role blends strong supply chain analytics with hands-on execution, focusing on material availability, schedule health and disciplined delivery against commitments while driving cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Engineering and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning or material management.
• Leadership of supply chain and physical material flow organization.
• Strong experience with SIOP, production planning, inventory management, capacity planning and manufacturing execution.
• Proven success in improving delivery performance and stabilizing complex production environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle and SAP Hana.

Responsibilities

• Own the site supply planning process translating demand and priorities into executable production, material and shipment plans.
• Manage rolling production and shipment outlook across 4–12 weeks.
• Ensure schedule health and alignment with material and capacity constraints.
• Drive clear-to-build visibility and actions to meet customer commitments.
• Lead recovery planning for past due orders and escalate as needed to protect commitments.
• Provide Voice of the Customer within ISC to translate priorities into actions.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and PM to resolve constraints.
