Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain HR Director to serve as a strategic HR partner to ISC leaders, translating priorities into workforce, talent, and organizational initiatives across locations and HR teams.

The role focuses on workforce planning, organization design, succession, leadership development, and critical hiring, while guiding leaders through employee relations and change-management processes. Strong analytics and influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive HR business-partner experience with leadership-level clients.
• Experience in organization design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and workforce planning.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical HR priorities and measurable actions.
• Excellent influence, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the assigned portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters in partnership with specialist teams.
• Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure issues are resolved with speed and consistency.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.
