Job summary

Treeline Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to act as a strategic partner to leadership, overseeing payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and policy enforcement.

You will guide compensation practices and ensure legal compliance while elevating employee experiences across the organization. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR management, a related Bachelor's degree, and SHRM credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Human Resources management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SCP certification desired.
• Ability to manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong communication, ethics, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation processes and payroll for Treeline team members.
• Administer benefits enrollment, leaves, and Maine Paid Family Leave.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Develop and update employment policies and handbook.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal compensation, labor, and employment laws.
