Job summary

Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and align HR strategy with senior leadership. You will coach leaders, design recruitment and evaluation programs, and manage pay plans, benefits, and compliance.

The role requires guiding HR programs, maintaining policies, and supporting payroll and workers’ compensation processes. Travel up to 10% may be required; strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong background in training and HR management.
• Experience implementing new strategic HR programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation development and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, payroll, ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to resolve and defuse complex personnel situations.
• Experience with compensation job banding.
• Worked in a call center or customer service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports all HR functions in alignment with senior leadership.
• Develops and implements HR strategy and programs.
• Coaches leaders to improve results and identify gaps.
• Establishes recruiting, testing, and interviewing processes; counsels managers.
• Schedules pay surveys and conducts job evaluations to maintain pay plan.
• Trains managers to coach and discipline, handles grievances.
• Manages benefits programs and processes claims.
• Ensures legal compliance and maintains records; represents organization in hearings.
• Updates HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Maintains knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
• Handles payroll timecards, unemployment claims, and related hearings.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business needs.
