Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic HR management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership across multiple manufacturing locations and sites.
• Partner with Operations to develop workforce strategies and labor planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and analytics.
• Lead a high-performing HR team with clear delegation and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
