As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance, while building site relationships and ensuring consistent HR practices across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic HR management and team leadership.
• Experience leading HR across multiple manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Managers and HR professionals across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce strategies and translate business objectives into people strategies.
• Provide HR leadership across multiple manufacturing locations and maintain presence on the production floor.
• Provide oversight of core lifecycle of HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and mitigate organizational risk.
• Lead recruitment strategies and oversee full cycle hiring while delegating tasks to HR team.
