Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the VP of Operations and drive people strategies for a manufacturing business with more than 1,000 employees.

You will lead a team of HR professionals, align people initiatives with business objectives, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution at site locations. The role requires coordinating talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation programs, compliance, and workforce analytics across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
Proven track record in strategic HR management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Managers and HR professionals across multiple manufacturing locations.
Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce strategies.
Provide HR leadership across multiple manufacturing locations and maintain regular presence on the production floor.
Oversee core lifecycle of HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and workforce analytics.
