• Proven track record in strategic HR management and team leadership.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Managers and HR professionals across multiple locations.
• Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce strategies and labor planning.
• Provide HR leadership across multiple manufacturing sites and maintain site relationships.
• Oversee core HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, analytics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and mitigate risk.
• Lead recruitment strategies and manage the full cycle hiring process.
• Develop management and employee training programs; support performance management and safety.
• Address employee relations and conflict resolution; drive retention and performance initiatives.
• Lead and delegate to build a high-performing HR team; adapt to evolving needs.
