Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to influence at executive level and manage cross-functional teams.
