Career Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the people strategy and oversee daily HR operations. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, building programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will design HR initiatives, manage payroll and benefits, optimize HRIS usage, and ensure regulatory compliance across locations.

Formación

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience across core functional areas.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paylocity a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Manage payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, and relationships with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple locations.
• Drive performance management processes to support growth and objectives.
• Provide coaching and leadership support across the organization.
• Develop and implement training and development initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to foster a positive, values-driven culture.
