Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive Human Resources experience including People Operations leadership.
• Experience leading HR professionals across multi-site operations.
• Broad HR knowledge incl. recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, compliance, retention.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law; multi-jurisdictional experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, problem-solving, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support cross-location execution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; valid driver’s license and travel ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead Talent Acquisition team; set priorities, coach team, monitor activity.
• Review staffing needs for Operations, leadership, and corporate roles.
• Partner with leaders to clarify staffing needs and hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, recruitment tools, SOPs, onboarding resources.
• Provide daily People Operations support to managers on performance, attendance, policy questions.
• Guide managers on next steps and involvement of Compliance, Payroll, Safety, or senior leadership.
• Review and approve transfers, pay-rate changes, and other personnel actions with proper documentation.
• Oversee recruiting-to-onboarding processes and improve new-hire documentation.
• Develop and maintain People Operations procedures, forms, workflows, and training resources.
• Train and mentor People Operations team members on policies and HR fundamentals.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency, accountability, and workflow ownership.
• Provide leadership and coaching to assigned People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Support SVP, Human Resources with departmental priorities and initiatives.
• Oversee Employee Relations and case-management practices with proper documentation.
• Escalate significant risks to appropriate leadership.
