Qualifications

• HR experience 5-7 years covering broad HR functions and services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
• Associates degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication skills: oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies Amcor Behaviors and Values at all times; leads by example.
• Supports safety programs and educates associates on safety.
• Maintains plant associate records and reports; ensures confidentiality.
• Supports and maintains ISO and Food Safety Programs.
• Manages recruitment for plant associates; oversees orientations and postings.
