Job summary

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Alliance, OH, to recruit a Corporate Director of Human Resources. You will report to the President/Owner and lead HR across multiple sites, focusing on workforce planning, safety compliance, labor relations, and talent management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, labor laws, payroll/HRIS software
• On-site presence required, working on the plant floor with production teams

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and recruiting for shop-floor talent and technical personnel, partnering with local schools and apprenticeship programs.
• Collaborate with EHS managers to ensure OSHA compliance and manage workers’ compensation claims.
• Oversee employee relations, performance evaluations, and retention initiatives for manufacturing labor.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, including wage structures, shift differentials, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to reduce turnover and accelerate productivity.
