MBA in HR or related field and HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for HR department, including staffing, workflow, and performance evaluations.
Implement HR policies and employee relations programs aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development for assigned site(s).
Manage labor relations and CBAs; resolve grievances with union leadership where needed.
Conduct investigations into workplace incidents while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and the Annual Operating Plan.
Oversee administration of benefits programs and effective communication of offerings.
Monitor compensation practices to ensure market-competitive and equitable pay.
