Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Human Resources Director-Major Projects to act as an enterprise HR partner across Major Projects and National Operations from our St. Louis, MO area office.

The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations and organizational effectiveness with a strong emphasis on labor relations in unionized settings. The Director collaborates with Operations, Legal and HR leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, while ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including labor relations.
• Experience leading HR in large-scale, unionized or project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership across Major Projects and National operations.
• Navigate unionized environments and ensure CBA compliance.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead or oversee investigations and employee relations matters.
• Drive DEI and continuous improvement in HR practices.
