Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Human Resources Director-Major Projects to lead strategic HR initiatives across major projects and national operations. You will align workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring deep labor relations knowledge, experience with unions, and demonstrated leadership in a matrix organization to drive consistent HR practices across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or related field required; Masters preferred.
• SHRM Credentials (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or similar are preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including labor relations and leadership consulting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership across Major Projects and National operations.
• Navigate union environments and ensure adherence to CBAs across jurisdictions.
• Advise field and office leaders on labor relations and workforce planning.
