Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. The role shapes and executes people strategies to support performance, culture, and long‑term growth, guiding leaders with data, collaboration, and business insight.

The successful candidate will oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, engagement, performance, and compensation/benefits while partnering across IT and HR to implement HR technologies and drive organizational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all core HR functions: talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR innovation.
Partner with the executive team to align people priorities with business objectives and growth.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR risk.
Use metrics and analytics to inform strategy, drive retention and engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness.
