Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred and HR credentials preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with labor relations focus.
• 5+ years in HR leadership supporting unionized or project-based settings.
• Experience in large-scale construction or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership across Major Projects and National Business operations.
• Navigate labor relations, CBAs, and union referrals with field and office leaders.
• Mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead investigations and advise senior leaders on talent and workforce planning.
