Yosemite Community College District in Modesto seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead Recruitment and Benefits within Central Services. You will supervise HR staff, coordinate district-wide HR programs, and advise the Senior Director on priority HR initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of senior HR experience, with strong knowledge of HRIS and labor relations. Extensive budget and policy experience preferred.

• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR recruitment and benefits office staff and direct related activities.
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff; ensure workflow and cross-training.
• Ensure recruitment and selection comply with federal/state rules and guidelines.
• Assist management with collective bargaining agreements and personnel issues.
• Contribute to annual HR budget development and financial analysis.
• Prepare reports for external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Develop job descriptions and classifications; maintain EEO reports and compliance.
