Job summary

Yaskawa Motoman seeks a Director, HR to lead human resources strategy and operations across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, talent management and compliance with employment laws.

The role oversees HR policies, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR analytics, while guiding the HR team through multi-location operations and international activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and leadership capability to guide senior management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership, guiding workforce planning and talent management.
• Develop and administer HR policies and programs ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Direct employee relations, investigations, and performance management with guidance to management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits programs, and salary structures for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage regulatory reporting.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across locations.
