• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 3+ years leading a Human Resources team
• Demonstrated change management experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across North America
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business recommendations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
