Job summary

Yokogawa Corporation of America seeks a senior HR Manager to lead a team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition supporting a diverse client group across North America. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

You will advise on business transformation, organizational design, and culture while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
10+ years progressive HR experience.
Minimum 3 years leading an HR team.
Experience driving change management initiatives.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams in North America.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to translate workforce data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic HR partner to business leaders to align people strategies with objectives.
Lead HRBPs & Talent Acquisition teams across North America.
Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Drive organizational effectiveness, design, and change leadership.
Guide employee relations, risk management, and policy interpretation.
Deliver enterprise HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
