Job summary

Staples is seeking an HR Delivery Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of HR delivery programs across the organization. You will align HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to drive initiatives with clarity and accountability.

You will develop the annual HR operating calendar, project roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting; monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of program management, HR operations, or related function.
• Experience managing multiple projects with timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Experience developing project plans, tracking deliverables, risks and dependencies, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of HR Delivery programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the annual HR operating calendar, project plans, implementation roadmaps, playbooks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and vendors to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery commitments; develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, business reviews, communications, program updates, meeting agendas, decision documentation, and action tracking.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve HR processes, service delivery, and employee experience.
