Job summary

Staples is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning, Project Management & Procurement to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives within a dynamic enterprise. You will drive governance, coordinate programs, and translate business needs into practical operating models and tools.

You will partner across corporate teams, field operations, and external vendors to ensure readiness, scalability, and consistent execution across complex programs, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, project management, or infra-related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed business environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex supply chain projects and systems integrations.
• Partner across Supply Chain, Field Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Technology, and external vendors.
• Drive project governance, milestones, risk management, and executive status communications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable processes, plans, and tools.
• Support infrastructure, field-facing initiatives, and standardization.
• Lead cross-functional planning forums to surface dependencies and align priorities.
• Oversee vendor and procurement activities tied to initiatives.
• Use dashboards and data analysis to measure progress and support decisions.
• Provide leadership to project managers and coordinators for strong execution.
