Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics.
• Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Trending, Transposed Reports).
• Workday Report Administrator.
• Calculated Fields Design & Optimization.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Workday System, Business Process, and Security Configuration.
• Experience in Report Performance Tuning and Testing.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic reporting solutions using Workday modules to drive data-informed decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create scalable reporting solutions that align with goals and standards.
• Manage data accuracy and integrity through testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting challenges and optimize self-service reporting and data accessibility.
• Maintain documentation including data dictionaries and metadata.
• Monitor and optimize report performance.
• Support audits and dashboard development, and deliver enhancements to reports.
• Lead Workday release readiness and assess new features with mitigation plans.
