• Bachelor's degree required; professional HR credentials preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or a Master's degree preferred.
• Active involvement with HR communities/associations.
• At least 2 years of HR management experience and knowledge of HR laws.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and strategic support to the HR Department.
• Manages benefits administration, HRIS functions, and reporting.
• Coordinates billing, budgeting, and policy compliance for the college.
• Leads wellness initiatives and HR events planning.
• Supports Open Enrollment activities and COBRA administration.
• Maintains HR data in the college HRIS and supports audits.
